Virtual Pinewood Derby Race

2021 Race Currently Postponed As-of May 24th 

We regret to announce that the Virtual Council Pinewood Derby has been postponed.  Planning will continue toward a race to be held in 2021, with information to be released on this page when available.  We hope that we will be able to offer a full event once rescheduled, with racing at each den-level.    

When

The 2021 race is postponed, but preparations are ongoing in order to continue to offer an event this year.  

How

Registration for the Virtual Pinewood Derby will be through this site once a new drop-off date/ race date/ and pick-up date has been announced.  During the registration you will be able to select the car drop-off/ pick-up location of your choice. 

Cars Outside of Rule Specifications

Due to the car drop-off plan, any cars with modifications violating the council rules will automatically be entered into an open/ modified class—the event organizing committee is dedicated to ensuring that every car will race.
