Spring Conclave 2026 is coming faster than we think!  It is the weekend of June 12-14, held at Cedar Point Scout Camp.

OA Members should arrive Friday evening with check in beginning at 5pm.  Please arrive ready for the weekend.  It will be filled with many memories and service to camp.  Appropriate clothing for the weather should be a priority.  This includes work clothes, your field uniform, and a clean change of clothes.  You should also pack your personal gear and camping gear, including tent, ground cloth, sleeping bag, rain gear, sunscreen and most importantly bug spray!

This is a camping only event. 
Each person on site must have a Health Form parts A/B

We will be having activities throughout the weekend, a service project on Saturday, and Elections and LEC in the evening.  Meals included are: 3 on Saturday and Sunday breakfast.  Please eat before you arrive on Friday.

Ordeal Candidates

Ordeal candidates need to be at Cedar Point by 6pm Friday evening.  You should be ready with everything needed for your Ordeal.  Please bring appropriate clothing for the expected weather.  You will also need work clothes, your field uniform, and a clean change of clothes along with your personal items.  Also on your list should be rain gear, sleeping bag, ground cloth, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Brotherhood Candidates

Brotherhood candidates need to be at Cedar Point by 7pm Friday evening ready to do your Brotherhood Hike.  Please bring your Brotherhood letter, in addition to everything listed above for OA members.

Registration Fees

OA Members:  Cost is $25

Ordeal Candidates:  Cost is $50

Brotherhood Candidates:  Cost is $40

Brotherhood Candidate with Golden Ticket: Cost is $25

Staff: Cost is $15 and you must contact Paul Taylor for the password to register.
