Cleft and Craniofacial Clinic Family Fun Day

Monday, July 30, 2018 at Kiwanis Scout Camp, near Marine on the St. Croix, Minnesota

Join us for the 8th Annual Children's Family Fun Day for patients, families and friends from our Cleft and Craniofacial Clinics. The day is hosted by the Northern Star Council and located at the Kiwanis Scout Camp near Marine on St. Croix. The beautiful campgrounds are located along the St. Croix River.   The helpful camp staff really know how to have fun.  Our day will be filled with activities that include crafts, team/skill building, air rifle safety, archery, wall climbing, canoe/pontoon rides (ages 10+), and zip line and obstacle courses, jumping pillow, improved obstacle course, and pool activities!   Participants are grouped according to age. Activities are led by the by camp staff and supervised by parents.  Remember to bring your swimsuits and towels, as we will have open swimming in the pool to cool off. 

Your registration of $15 per person will cover the cost of lunch and dinner at the camp.  When registering on line, please note any dietary needs to help with meal planning.  All participants must bring a completed medical record form for this day camp.  All forms are located in the right hand column under Attachments. The day will provide patients and families with opportunities to connect and share experiences.

Camp fun events:

Check in: 9:30 a.m.

Activities will be held until lunch

Lunch: 12:00 p.m.

Activities throughout the day (50 minute sessions)

Dinner: 5:00 p.m.

Fireside sharing / music: 6:00 p.m.

Event concludes: 7:00 p.m.
