Chapter J Fellowship and Make-up Conclave

Chapter J of the Totanhan Nakaha Lodge would like to invite you to our Fall chapter fellowship and make-up conclave event.  We will have time for fellowship, service projects at Camp Ajawah, and Ordeal inductions.

Tentative Schedule:

• Friday, October 7th
  • 7:30 PM Check-in, registration, and set-up.
• Saturday, October 8th
  • 8 AM - Service projects and program begin.
• Sunday, October 9th 
  • 8 AM - Breakfast.
  • 9AM - Orientation followed by clean-up.
  • 11 AM - Departure.

Staff:

Volunteers are needed for set-up, ceremonies, kitchen staff, Elangomats, and service project leadership.

Housing:

Ordeal candidates will need a tent for the overnight, Saturday to Sunday.  All other attendees, please plan to stay at camp and bring your own tent. Some cabin space may be available, but please check with the organizers listed above. 

Service Projects:

All attendees, please bring work gloves, safety glasses, and closed toe shoes.

How:

Register here by Friday, September 30th.  Please remember to bring a Annual Health and Medical Record (health form) for each participant (parts A/B).  Also, please complete the Health Screening Checklist on Friday, October 7th, prior to arriving.

Ordeal Candidates:  Congratulations on your election to the Order of the Arrow! This is your personal invitation to attend a make-up event if you missed the other Fall induction opportunities.  Please follow the instructions from your letter.  Your event registration fee includes your dues payment for the 2022-2023 membership year (September 1, 2022 - August 31, 2023).      

Ordeal Members:  Unlike our events held during the early part of the pandemic, conditions now allow for Constellations to offer the Brotherhood ceremony as a part of Conclave events.  Please follow the instructions for from your letter in order to register for an event this Spring.  Your conclave registration fee includes your dues payment for the 2022-2023 membership year (September 1, 2022 - August 31, 2023).  

Brotherhood and Vigil Members:  This is your invitation to attend a Chapter J fellowship event. As a Brotherhood or Vigil member you were asked to serve your unit and the Order as a member. Come and rejuvenate your membership in cheerful service.  By registering you will likely be placed in a staffing capacity to assist in administering a specific staff group or clan of Ordeal candidates.  Your conclave registration fee includes your dues payment for the 2022-2023 membership year (September 1, 2022 - August 31, 2023). 

Dues-only and ID Look-up Information:

To complete your registration you will need your LodgeMaster OA ID number from your registration letter.  As a part of the registration process, you will be asked for your Order of the Arrow ID number.  If you do not know your number, click here to use an online look-up feature.
