TRAILBLAZERS gives elementary-aged kids the chance to explore the world through adventures, challenges, and hands-on, outdoor activities.
Guided by trained staff, kids work together with friends, boost their confidence, and buid important skills without ever losing the fun. Trailblazers creates a safe and inclusive environment for all.
Curriculum powered by Scouting America's Cub Scout program.
Program Highlights
- 10 weekly 90 minute sessions
- Hands-on learning in teamwork, leadership and outdoor skills
- All materials provided
- Free family admission to the Weird Science event on Saturday, October 10, 2026, held at Cedar Point Scout Camp near Fairmont, MN.

Get Involved
We know schedules can be full, so we've designed Trailblazers to be flexible and easy to fit into your routine. Trailblazers meet every Tuesday from October 6 - December 15, 2026. The program begins immediately after school and runs until 5:30pm. Parents can begin picking up their children at 5pm.
Ready to Participate
We believe no child should miss an opprtunity to particpate in Trailblazers due to financial circumstances. Due to the generousity from the Schmeedkle Foundation, cost for this program has been reduced to $50 per participant ($210 regularly). Financial assistance is also available.
