OA Members! This is your personal invitation to re-experience the Order of the Arrow Induction through the New Member Induction Experience. This is your chance to re-experience a night alone, learn what our new members will be experiencing, and see how our national youth leadership have re-envisioned the process.

The OA is evolving our induction experience to ensure today's young people forge real connections, discover what Brotherhood, Cheerfulness, and Service mean in their lives, and begin journeys they'll carry forward for years. There is less focus on scant food and more focus on engagement and building fellowship. Join us to go through the experience and spend a weekend of fellowship and service with other lodge and section members.

The members of our Lodge have been busy preparing for our Spring Induction weekends. Some even traveled to California for National Training. We are excited to give YOU a chance to experience the new process yourself!
