From now until the summer of 2024, our metro area camps have planned several special events for those who have a reservation at that camp. However, if you don't have a weekend reservation, we also have the option to attend these events without a weekend reservation by signing up here.

Events:

• September 14th: Shooting Sports & Climbing Tower Day at Phillippo
  • Date: September 14th, 2024
  • Location: Phillippo Scout Camp (30654 32nd Ave Way, Cannon Falls, MN 55009)
  • Programs: Archery, BB, Rifle, and the Climbing Tower will all be open during select times (see below). We will have merit badge counselors for Archery, Rifle Shooting, and Climbing merit badges to sign off on requirements from partials.
    • * Please note that participants must be in 5th grade or higher to participate in Rifle Shooting.
  • Schedule:
    • The Archery Range will be open from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    • The BB Range will be open from 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
    • The Climbing Tower will be open from 1:00 p.m. - 5 p.m.
    • The .22 Rifle Range will be open from 1:30 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Price: Free for those with a camp facility reservation, $5 for those without a camp facility reservation
• October 26th: Shooting Sports & Climbing Tower Day at Stearns
  • Date: October 26th, 2024
  • Location: Stearns Scout Camp (3303 County Road 44 South Haven, MN 55382)
  • Programs: Archery, BB, Rifle, and the Climbing Tower will all be open during select times (see below). We will have merit badge counselors for Archery, Rifle Shooting, and Climbing merit badges to sign off on requirements from partials.

• January 18th, Energy Merit Badge Day at Fred C. Andersen
  • Date: January 18th, 2025
  • Location: Fred C. Andersen Scout Camp (186 Andersen Scout Camp Trail, Houlton, Wisconsin 54082)
  • Join us at Fred C. Andersen for an undetermined Merit Badge. Class will start at 9:30am and will go till around 3pm with an hour break for lunch.
  • Price: Free for those with a camp facility reservation, $5 for those without a camp facility reservation
• March 15th,Digital Technology Merit Badge at Phillippo Scout Camp
  • Date: March 15th, 2025
  • Location: Phillippo Scout Camp(30654 32nd Ave Way, Cannon Falls, MN 55009)
  • Join us at Phillippo for an undetermined Merit Badge. The class will be help in the Frey Fellowship Hall. Class will start at 9:30am and will go till around 3pm with an hour break for lunch.

• May 3rd, Shooting Sports, Climbing Tower & Summer Camp Merit Badge Make Up Day at Stearns Scout Camp
  • Date: May 3rd, 2025
  • Location: Stearns Scout Camp (3303 County Rd 44, South Haven, Minnesota 55382)
  • Schedule for the day:
    • 9am-12:00pm- BB range open
    • 12:30pm-5pm- .22 rifle range open
    • 10am-5pm- Archery range open
    • 10am-5pm- Climbing Tower open
  • We will be offering make up/ catch up for Archery, Rifle, and Climbing Merit Badge
  • Price: Free for those with a camp facility reservation, $5 for those without a camp facility reservation
