2023 National Scout Jamboree: Northern Star Scouting Contingent Payment Site

What is this site for?

This is the payment site for Northern Star Scouting's 2023 National Scout Jamboree contingent.  Although registrations are taken care-of through the national event registration system, all payments are handled by Northern Star Scouting.  All National Scout Jamboree applicants from Northern Star Scouting will need to utilize this site, and the affiliated payment schedule once they are approved through the national event registration system.  

How do I register for the 2023 National Scout Jamboree?

Please note: all contingent registrations need to be booked by February 28, 2023.  If you have not registered with the national organization or Northern Star Scouting, please call 612-261-2329.

Financial Aid

The committee has reviewed the campership applications that were submitted for the first round, and notices were sent in February 2023.    

An online product sale is available to help Scouts fund their Jamboree experience.  For information and to register, fill out this online form.

What Are the Contingent Costs?

The cost of the 2023 National Scout Jamboree for our contingent is $3,299. This includes flights to and from the Jamboree, transportation and touring before the Jamboree (including food and lodging), Jamboree participant fees, tents, luggage, and a set of contingent identifying patches and insignia.  Travel plans are being made and more information will be sent out as these plans are finalized.    

Recommended Payment Schedule:

• Jamboree Deposit $250 please submit as soon as possible after registration via the national registration.   
• Payment 1 $570 - Due by July 1, 2022.
• Payment 2 $570 - Due by September 2, 2022.
• Payment 3 $570 - Due by November 4, 2022.
• Payment 4 $570 - Due by January 6, 2023.
• Payment 5 $570 - Due by April 30, 2023.

Please note that all participants need to be fully paid by April 30. 2023.  

How do I Log Back-in To Pay My Jamboree Balance?

Check out the payment site access document under the attachment section at right for information on how to log back in to the site.  You will need your registration ID number, as well as the email that you used to book your initial contingent registration.
