2025 Lodge Leadership Development (LLD)

What: 

Lodge Leadership Development is an annual training hosted by the Totanhan Nakaha Lodge and Naguonabe Lodge for current chapter, constellation, and lodge officers, as well as Order of the Arrow members aspiring to serve in a youth leadership capacity in the future.  Sessions offered during the training are taught by youth and adult subject matter experts, and cover a wide range of topics from member retention to conclave ceremony preparation. There will also be an option to attend a water park for some fellowship and fun! You must register by October 31st. if you want to attend the waterpark event.

This event is for chapter, constellation, and lodge officers as well as Order of the Arrow Unit Representatives, or those interested in leadership opportunities within the Order of the Arrow.

What is the event refund policy?

Any cancellation made before 14 days of the event start date will be refunded at 100% of the total registration fee. Refunds are not issued within 14 days, except in cases of emergency. 

If the event is canceled by the organizer and the rescheduled event date cannot be attended by the participant , a full refund will be issued.
