Dr. Tashjian and crew of volunteer Doctors have volunteered to provide Free Physicals for Summer Camp on May 8, 2021 from 9am to 3pm at Base Camp.

Historically, there has not been the need to register. However, due to the pandemic, we need you to register for your slot ahead of time. At this point we do not believe we will be able to accommodate walk-in appointments. Please review Northern Star Council's Expectations For Face Coverings document attached to the event registration page. You must wear a mask covering both your nose and mouth, and review our 3-part health screening checklist prior to heading to Base Camp for your physical. For part 1, we anticipate no more than a handful of participants at one time but like all public events, there is risk to contract COVID-19. For part 2, if you answer ‘YES’ to any question, please do not come. For Part 3, if you are experiencing any symptoms listed, please consult with your own physician before coming.
