2026 Fall OA Induction

Event Details

New candidates and returning Arrowmen, thank you for planning to participate in our Fall Induction! Below, you can find registration for the event, and a list of what to bring and where to go when you get to camp!

Returning Arrowman Information:

Check in for returning Arrowmen will be at the Dining Hall at 7:00 PM. Youth Arrowmen will no longer be staying in cabins during OA events. All Arrowmen under the age of 18 should bring a tent. Everyone is expected to fully participate in service throughout the weekend, so please come prepared. Additionally, all Arrowmen are expected to help clean up the dining hall on Sunday morning. We understand that some of you may need to leave early on Sunday mornings for other commitments, but that does not excuse you from doing your part to clean up shared spaces. If you need to leave early, you should plan ahead and allow time to help clean up.

Candidate Information:

Candidate check-in will begin at the Dining Hall at 7:00 PM. Candidates MUST come prepared with their bedrolls packed according to the video below, and please be on time so program can start promptly. Parents, if you are interested in learning more about the OA and what your scout experienced this weekend, we will be having a parent breakfast. This breakfast will be held at 8:30 on Sunday morning in the dining hall, and will include a presentation about the weekend's events, general OA information, opportunities within the OA, and more. Pickup will be around 10am at the dining hall.

Access the candidate portal (portal.oa-bsa.org) to learn the recommended packing method for an Ordeal. You should have received an invite to the portal already. If you cannot access the portal, please reach out to the contacts on this page.
