Council Annual Meeting and Recognition Dinner

The Council Annual Business Meeting and Recognition Dinner will be held on Monday, June 15, from 5:30 to 8:30, at the Westover Consolidated Club. The gathering period is 5:30-6, with the opening ceremony at 6, followed by dinner, the business meeting, and the evening ending with volunteer awards and the presentation of the Silver Beaver.

Registration ends at the close of business on Wednesday, June 9, to allow Base Security to complete the vetting process. 

Any attendees who do not possess a CAC or USID need to click on the provided link/QR code to register for access to the base. They will need to use the code “Western Mass Scouting” when registering for base access. 

The cost of the dinner is $40. The menu is Polynesian Chicken Dinner, Mixed Green Salad, Steamed Vegetable Medley, Roasted Rosemary Red Bliss Potatoes, Roast Beef Carving Station, and Tiramisu.

RSVP by Monday, June 9, 2026. No late registrations can be accepted due to security processes.
