Come spend the day outdoors at Camp Moses with Woronoco Heights Outdoor Adventures (WHOA!)!

WHOA! is a fun, family-friendly outdoor adventure program featuring different activities throughout the year. Whether you are a Scout, coming with your family, or simply looking for something new to try, everyone is welcome!

Bring a friend, explore Camp Moses, learn a new skill, and enjoy a great day outdoors!

What Are the Adventures?

Every WHOA! weekend is a little different!

Programs are offered on select Saturdays during September, October, November, January, February, March, April, May, and often June.

Depending on the season and the month, activities may include:

•  Ice Fishing
•  Snowshoeing
•  Rifle & Shotgun Shooting
•  Outdoor Cooking
• ATVs *
•  Blacksmithing
•  Ham Radio
• Outdoor Skills

And much more!

Activities change from month to month, giving you a reason to come back and try something new!

Please note: Details for each month's activities will generally be available one to two weeks before the event. For more information about the activities, please see the attached flyer. 

* Important ATV Requirements: Participants must be 14 years of age or older and must have earned their ATV license in order to participate in the ATV activity.

 Bring Your Family & Make New Friends!

WHOA! is open to everyone ages 5 and older — you do not have to be a Scout to participate!

Come with your Scout unit, bring your family, or invite a friend.

Some activities may have additional age or participation requirements for safety. The activities available to each participant will depend on their age and the program being offered that month.

 When Does the Fun Start?

WHOA! runs from:

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

You don't have to stay for the entire day. Participants are welcome to arrive and leave at any time during the program.

 How Much Does All This Fun Cost?

A full day of outdoor adventure is:

Youth  $10.00 per person

Adults $10.00 per person

Your registration gives you access to the scheduled WHOA! activities available for your age group that day.

 What Should I Wear?

Remember—these are outdoor adventures!

Please dress appropriately for the season and expected weather conditions.

Good footwear is especially important. Many WHOA! activities involve walking around Camp Moses, where the ground may be uneven, wet, snowy, or muddy.

Boots or other sturdy, closed-toe shoes are the best choice, especially during spring mud season.

Important Footwear Safety Rule

Open-toed shoes, Crocs, and sandals are not permitted at camp.

For everyone's safety, please wear sturdy, closed-toe footwear while participating in WHOA! activities.

 Rain or Shine — The Adventure Continues!

Our weekend programs run rain or shine, so please check the weather and come prepared!

Depending on the season, that might mean bringing rain gear, warm layers, gloves, boots, sunscreen, or other appropriate outdoor clothing.

A little weather doesn't stop a WHOA! adventure!

Registering ahead of time helps our staff prepare activities, equipment, and supplies and lets us know how many participants to expect.
