ADVENTURERS WANTED!

Get ready!  The 2017 National Scout Jamboree is coming!

We're talking some serious high adventure here people!  Whitewater rafting, zip-lining, rappelling, mountain biking, hiking, shooting, climbing and more - with 50,000 of your closest friends at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in the wilds of West Virginia!  The Jamboree dates are set for July 19 - 28, 2017

JAMBOREE FAQ’s:

How many can go?  Pine Tree Council plans on sending two troops with 36 Boy Scouts and 4 leaders each along with one Venture crew with 8 Venture Scouts and 2 leaders.

Who can attend?  Boy Scouts and Venture Scouts who meet the qualifications set by BSA - see them at the end of this flyer!

Can my Troop go by itself?  No, everyone must apply individually and be accepted to go as part of the PTC Contingent.

When is it?  July 19 – 28, 2017

How much does it cost?  We estimate the cost to be $1750.00 per Scout.  Final amount to be determined based on final travel plans. 

Can adults go?  Yes, however… adults not already selected as Pine Tree Council Contingent leaders need to apply to be part of the National Jamboree Staff and are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
