This Inductions experience is for MEMBERS of the Order of the Arrow, to introduce and educate members on the new process beginning in 2027.

If you were ELECTED in 2025 or 2026 and have not yet participated in an Ordeal weekend (got your OA Sash), this is NOT the induction weekend. Please review the Council or Lodge calendar to find the Induction weekends in May, August or September 2026.
