Join us in October and be a part of the most significant change to the Order of the Arrow in our lifetimes!

The inductions experience is changing for 2027, and to prepare, all current members are invited to participate in the new inductions process.

Help us prepare for our new members next year by learning about the new process. To fill a role next year (as a ceremonialist or a luminary), you must first go through the new induction as a participant.

This Inductions experience is for MEMBERS of the Order of the Arrow, to introduce the new inductions process.
If you were ELECTED in 2025 or 2026 and have not yet participated in an Ordeal weekend (got your OA Sash), this is NOT the induction weekend. Please review the Council or Lodge calendar to find the Induction weekends in May, August or September 2026.
