SAFETY AT SEA DAY

Sea Scout Ship 243, The Casco Bay Flotilla of the Coast Guard Auxiliary, and USCG Station South Portland are proud to announce the inaugural Casco Bay Safety At Sea Day!

(Rain date Saturday, August 27, 2022)

The Casco Bay Safety at Sea Day is open to all registered Webelos, Scouts BSA, and Ships. Pre-Registration will be required, and no unregistered Scouts or family members will be permitted onto the Station. Registration information and costs will be announced soon.  Space will be limited. Registration will include admission, lunch, and a commemorative patch.

Chain Drag Competition
Survival Suit demo
Damage Control Simulator *
Coast Guard vessel tours
Static Displays
Harbor rides on Sea Scout Ship Defiance
And Much More

**Parking is at the American Legion @ 413 Broadway, South Portland.  There is a half mile walk on a greenbelt trail to the USCG station.
