2021 York District Fall Shoot-O-Ree

Join us for the 2021 York District Fall Shoot-O-Ree at the Buxton & Hollis Rod & Gun Club!

The overnight Shoot-O-Ree is open to all Scouts BSA Units, Venture Scouts, and their adult leaders.
Main Events include  Archery, .22 Rifle shooting, and Tomahawk Throwing
Our Midway target practice will include Slingshots, Footballs, Basketballs, and Frisbees

**Adult Leaders will also get the opportunity to test/ show off your marksmanship skills with a special activity just for them.**

Cost: $10.00 per person for Scouts BSA and Venturing Youth and Adults

Cub Scouts are welcome to join us on Saturday from 9:00am- 4:00pm to participate in Cub Scout friendly Shooting Activities and Midway events.

Cost:  $5.00 for Cub Scouts  
           *Cost per person includes a commemorative Shoot-O-Ree patch
           *There is no cost for parents/ guardians accompanying Cub Scouts, but extra patches can be purchased if desired. 

For Scouts BSA Troops and Venturing Crews: 
*All units need to bring water for drinking and cleaning
*All units should come prepared with a skit or song for our Saturday campfire.
*There will be limited space for camping, so units and scouts are encouraged to pack light (no trailers in sites) and bring small tents.
*Community fire pits will be provided to ensure there is enough space for camping.
*Per PTC COVID guidelines, participants will need to sleep one person per tent, unless they are siblings less than 2 years apart in age.

COVID REMINDER: Every person who attends this activity (whether a participant or just a visitor) for any length of time must complete a COVID Pre-screening form no longer than 24 hours before the event, and turn it in at the check-in table upon arrival.
