Join us for the Katahdin Area Council’s 58th Annual Recognition Dinner on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Peter G. Vigue Scout Center at Katahdin Scout Reservation in East Eddington, Maine. This special evening brings together Scouters, families, and friends of Scouting from across the council to celebrate the volunteers who make a difference in the lives of young people every day.

The evening will include the presentation of Veteran Awards recognizing 25 years or more of service to Scouting, as well as the presentation of the Silver Beaver Award — the highest honor a local council can bestow for distinguished service to youth and the community. Guests will also enjoy a buffet dinner catered by Jeff’s Catering and an evening of fellowship and celebration.

Tickets are $30 per person.
