Webelos Winter Camp 2026 at Camp Edgewood from November 21-23, 2026.

Join us for the return of WEBELOS Winter Camp. We have an exciting 3 days planned for the WEBELOS and AOL's ready to brave the bitter cold of November in southwest Louisiana.  Spend your time at camp working on the adventures best suited for the outdoors and camping. 

The 2026 Winter Camp Schedule:

Date: November 21-23, 2026

Check-In on Saturday, November 21, 2026.

Departure Time: 12:00 p.m., November 23, 2026

Reservation & Fees:  The cost is $175.00 per Scout for the Discount (Early) Fee until September 15, 2026. Beginning September 16, 2026, the On-Time Fee is $200.00 until October 31, 2026.  Beginning November 1, 2026, the Late Fee is $225.00 until registration closes at the end of the day on November 15, 2026. Payments via credit card will be charged a 3% convenience fee (checks will be charged a 1% convenience fee).

• All adults attending camp must register as an adult leader or as staff (application on-line). The adult fee is $85.00 per adult ($100.00 starting September 16, 2026; $120 starting November 1, 2026). Additionally, an adult BSA application must be completed if the adult is not currently registered with BSA.
• Staff will not pay a fee. Staff registration must be completed by end of day on October 1, 2026.

Adult Leaders:

Two registered adult leaders, 21 years of age or over, are required with current Safeguarding Youth Training in camp at all times. All adults accompanying a Scouting unit must be registered as leaders or committee members. Female Scouts BSA must be accompanied by a registered Female Leader.

Health Forms:

All Scouts and Adults attending camp must have a current Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A, B, and C. This is necessary to document the current health status and medications, if any, that the Scout or Adult is taking. Health forms will be returned to units at the end of camp. It is recommended that only copies of the health forms be submitted. (The originals should remain with Troop records.)
