AHA First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS)

Be prepared to respond to accidents and to a crisis in both Scouting and your daily life.

The American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) "CPR and AED" course will prepare you to administer lifesaving action. Combined, the two courses satisfy Scouting requirements for Boating Trips, prepare you for Camp Health Officer (CHO) duties and are the foundation for becoming a BSA Lifeguard.
