ScoutCon! is open to registered Scouts BSA, Venturers, and Registered BSA adult leaders.
Early Bird Registration Fee until FRI., OCT. 15: $37.00 per person (youth or adult)
Regular Registration Fee Begins Oct. 16: $42.00 per person (youth or adult)
(There is a $10 discount for adults over 21 who wish to serve as Event Minions – 25 spots available!)

Check-in starts: Friday November 5th at 3:30pm ● Event starts: Friday night, 7:00pm
This is a Closed Attendance Event! ♦ Attendance will be capped at 300 attendees TOTAL (youth + adults + Minions) to ensure proper physical distancing throughout the event! Register Soon to Ensure Your Spot!
Fees include meals, patch, and all access to games, contests, tournaments, and activities! If someone has dietary restrictions it MUST be provided on the registration as well as turning in the Special Needs form found in attachments.
ALL WEATHER EVENT! Be Prepared. If attending as an individual, please make sure that you are bringing your own tent and other camping supplies!
All attendees must provide a signed Quivira Council Covid-19 Waiver Form at check in. Fillable form may be downloaded at www.Quivira.org web site. Those who do not have a signed form will not be allowed to attend the event. Refunds are not available, but may be transferred to another attendee under same registration. Liability, Sickness and Accident Insurance are provided for all registered BSA members of the Quivira Council. Parts A & B of the health forms are required and must be retained by the unit leader in charge. Forms will not be provided onsite.
