2022 QSR Scouts BSA/Venturing Resident Summer Camp

Session #1 .... June 12 - June 18

Session #2 .... June 19 - June 25

Last Day to register has been EXTENDED to SUNDAY MAY 8, 2022

*Early Bird Youth Fee: $300 until 12-22-21
After 12-22, Regular Fee: $400

*Early Bird Adult Fee: $100 until 12-22-21
After 12-22, Regular Fee: $125

*To lock in the early bird fee a non-refundable deposit of $25 per participant is due by December 22, 2021.

A $125 payment is due per scout by March 15, 2022, for those selecting programs.

Remaining balances, for all attendees will be due on May 1, 2022.

New Crossover Scouts will receive the early bird rate IF the Unit registers by December 22, 2021.
(Register Crossover, pay non-refundable deposit.  Email candice.chase@scouting.org , Subject: New Crossover Early Bird Fee.  In email include your Troop # and Crossover’s name. Fee adjustment will be taken care of by Admin.)

Youth Protection Training: All adults, both partial or full week, are required to be current on their Youth Protection Training. This can be completed online prior to arrival at www.My.Scouting.org.

BSA Registration: All youth must be registered in the BSA. All adults accompanying a Scouting unit who are at camp 72 total hours or more must be registered as a leader in the BSA. The 72 hours does not need to be consecutive. 

BSA Health and Medical Record: All youth and adults staying overnight must have a BSA Health and Medical Record including parts A, B, and C. Adults at camp for only the day must have the BSA Health and Medical Record including parts A and B.
