Cub Scout Twilight Camp - “Down on the Farm”

Hosted by Pawnee District

July 8-10, 2021 at Sterling Lake Park   (The camp will be held at Sterling Lake Park, Sterling KS 67579)

OPEN TO ALL CUB SCOUT PACKS, BOTH IN AND OUT OF COUNCIL

Due to materials needed for Program – No Walk-Ins accepted

 

Early Bird Fees: $45/youth and $15/adults till JUNE 25

Regular Fees: $55/youth and $25/adults JUNE 26-30

No registrations after JUNE 30th

Price includes T-shirt, Cup and patch for youth.  T-shirt and patch for Adults

Check-in begins at 2:30 pm the first afternoon of Camp. Camp runs 3:00pm--8:30pm each evening.

No meals will be provided - Please bring a sack meal for all the members of your pack for each afternoon.

Two-deep unit leadership required, and ALL adults must have current Youth Protection Training

Social distancing will apply, bring a Mask.  The Quivira Council COVID-19 Parent and Participant Waiver form MUST be submitted at check-in by ALL. It can be found back on the Event Info page of this event and on www.quivira.org website.

BSA Health Forms Part A & B required upon arrival (submit copies, in case they are not picked up/returned).

Liability, as well as Sickness & Accident Insurance is provided for all BSA registered youth & adult members of the Quivira Council.

No Refunds but fees may be transferred to another Youth or Adult under the same registration.
