Your health and safety is our utmost concern. For that reason, we will be taking Covid-19 precautions during camp. Precautions include: all persons entering camp will receive temperature checks at registration; all staff will be screened and have temperatures taken daily; all equipment will be sanitized intermittently; hand sanitizer will be provided for all participants and staff. Campers and staff must wear masks during activities unless local ordinances lift the mask ordinance in July. Extra masks will be provided for any attendees who forget to bring one. July 14-16 Wed., Thurs., Fri. Registration starts at 8:30 am. Opening Flag at 9:00 am. Events run 9:15 am - 4 pm. Must pickup your Camper by no later than 4:00pm each day! This Camp DOES NOT include overnight camping stay!
Each person will need to pack a Sack Lunch each day.
All packs MUST have an adult! Scout ratio of 1/5 and be 2 deep in leadership in accordance with Youth Protection Guidelines and ALL adults must have completed Youth Protection Training prior to camp. Please provide a copy of all Adult Youth Protection Cards at check in the 1st day. ALL Tiger's must have parent partner with them. NO Tag Along’s! (little brothers &/or sisters)
EVENT IS LIMITED TO 120 SCOUTS!!! Event is open to all scouts—Tiger thru Arrow of Light Scouts for all packs, in or out of Council. Pre-registration is required in order for us to provide patches, cups, shirts and program materials to all youth participants as well as patches and shirts to registered adults. Registration is due July 7, 2021
Registrations prior to JULY 1st will be $45.00 per youth and $20.00 per adults. ALL registrations received after JULY 1st will register at the regular rate of $55.00 per scout and $30.00 per adult. NO registrations will be accepted after JULY 7th or at Camp!
Multi-youth family discount- $25.00 per youth, Adult $20.00. It will be verified that they live at the same address. Late fee will be applied after JULY 1st to $40.00 per youth and $25.00 per adult.
Health Forms? Parts A & B of the health forms MUST be provided for all participants at check in. We will NOT have health forms to provide on site. Any person without completed health form will not be allowed to take part in the event. Any persons not registered for the event will not be allowed to attend the event and will be asked to leave. All Adults must have taken Youth Protection online, too.
There will be NO Refunds available, but you may transfer fees from one Scout or adult to another Scout or adult under same registration.
Insurance? Liability, as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance is provided for all registered you and adult members of the Quivira Council.
