2020 FALL Camporee

Sept. 25-27 at Lake Afton
Units will provide their own food & cook by patrol method.

The Camporee will be held on the west side of Lake Afton again this year. Official check in will begin at 5:30 pm on Friday Sept. 25, but camping spots are available on a first come, first serve basis prior to check-in. Any campsite reserved or used prior to Friday Sept. 25 will have to pay the normal camping fees of Lake Afton. Activities will begin on Saturday morning at 8:30am.
All units must have two-deep leadership in accordance with Youth Protection Guidelines, and all registered leaders must have completed NEW Youth Protection Training.
Registration Fees are $15.00 per Scout / $10.00 per Adult. • Online payment is required - may made by credit card or electronic check. Last day to register online is Fri., SEPTEMBER 18, 2020
Late fees of $20 per Scout/ $15 per adult MUST be paid on site with Check or Cash – NO credit/debit cards will be accepted!
Refunds are not available, but fees may be transferred to another Scout or Adult on same Booked registration.
Registration prior to SEPTEMBER 18th is required to guarantee a patch. Event is open to all registered Troops, Crews and Posts.
*Completed Roster Required at Check-In (can be printed from Black Pug from the "More" tab on your registration)
BSA Health forms, Parts A & B, are required for ALL participants and must in the position of the unit leader.
Liability, Sickness and Accident Insurance are provided for all registered BSA members of the Quivira Council.
