The purpose of the Washburn Tech Merit Badge Conference is to provide Scouts with qualified counselors for Merit Badges that can be earned or, partially earned, through the resources Washburn Institute of Technology has to offer. 

This year we are also offering what is called the "Trifecta" class, which consists of Personal Management, Family Life, and Personal Fitness. All three courses must be taken together for this period. These Merit Badges will be started at this conference and will be finished at the Washburn University Merit Badge Conference in February.
