Immerse Yourself in a Broadcasting Experience.

Radio Dubuque invite you to experience hands-on what happens day to day in a career at a radio station.  It is a great way to learn about the communication industry, build your college resume, have fun, and meet new friends.

What to Expect:

• Meeting #1: Tour radio station including radio studios, production rooms, and engineer room.
• Meeting #2: Learn how to do a live remote broadcast. Record your voice and learn basics of being “on the air”.
• Meeting #3: Field trip to radio station transmitter site, begin producing your own commercial.
• Meeting #4: Write, record, produce your own commercial, promo or fun clip that you can share with friends & family.

Meetings: Thursdays, September 30, October 7, 14 & 21
Time: 6:00-7:00 PM
Location: Radio Dubuque Stations  |  1055 University Ave  |  Dubuque, IA
Registration Fee****: $35.00 (plus $2 online convenience fee**)
