Every one of us remembers our first OA experience. The new induction experience gives us a chance to reconnect with those lessons, support the next generation of Arrowmen, and ensure every candidate receives the welcome they deserve.

We ask every member to attend this Lodge Induction Event, experience the new program firsthand, and help us build the kind of lodge we want future Scouts to join.

The candidates may be taking their first steps in the OA, but it is the current members who set the example and determine what kind of lodge they are joining.
