Dubuque District Pinewood Derby

Date: Sunday, April 6, 2025
Check-In: 2:30 p.m.
Location: Kennedy Mall, by the Fun Station under the escalators 
Cost per Race Car: $5, (non-racers are free) Registration can be taken at the check-in time of 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. Payment must be provided (exact change or check to Scouting America, NEIC accepted) at registration.
Who: All Cub Scouts, youth Checking Out Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA and Parents.

Compete with other District Cub Scouts for bragging rights as well as awards. Trophies will be awarded to the fastest cars in each category. NEW UPDATE: Come check out a stock race car while taking your chances on building a LEGO car to race!

1) Most Patriotic

2) Most Scout Like

3) Best Overall Design

Three race catergories are:

1) Winners Circle Cub Scouts,

2) Grade School Youth (Cub Scouts and non-Scouts) and

3) Middle & High School (SBSA and non-Scouts) + Parents (Outlaws). 

Special awards will be provided to the top 3 racers in these categories.
