Annual Scout Recognition Mass with Archbishop Michael Jackals
The 2017 Annual Scout Recognition Mass with the Archbishop will be held on Sunday, January 29th, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Raphael in Dubuque, Iowa. The purpose of this Mass is to recognize the Catholic Scouts, Scouters, and units who have earned their religious emblem or unit recognition. All are welcome to attend.
Those wishing to attend and receive their emblem need to send in the completed form and money ($10.00 per Cub Scout emblem Light of Christ and Parvuli Dei, or $12.00 for Ad Altare Dei and Pope Pius XII). The archdiocese will also present the St. George and Bronze Pelican recognitions for those Adult Scouters who have given outstanding service to their Church and the Catholic Scouting movement.
