It’s that time of year and Winter COC is approaching soon and this is your personal invitation to attend on January 13th and 14th.  Help plan our Annual Section Conclave that will be at Howard H. Cherry Reservation. Come and work with your fellow brothers in planning this spectacular event as well as sharing in fellowship as we will watch the Cedar Rapids Roughriders take on the Waterloo Black Hawks for our Saturday night activity. Registration is now open so sign up and come hangout and have some fun!

Cost: $20.00 per person (this will include lunch on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday for everyone and dinner on Saturday night for OA youth. The evening activity includes dinner at Pizza Ranch and a Cedar Rapids Rough Rider Hockey Game.

CoC Meeting Location: Howard H. Cherry Scout Reservation (4521 Boy Scouts Road Central City, IA 52214)
Overnight Accommodations: Dorm style arrangements. You must provide bedding (sleeping bag) and towels
Meeting times: 10:00 AM – January 13, 2018 to 1:00 PM – January 14, 2017

A couple of details regarding the Winter Council of Chiefs meeting:

• The meeting will take place at the Howard H. Cherry Scout Reservation on January 13-14, 2018.
• The meeting will start at 10:00 AM on January 13th and end no later than 1:00 PM on January 14th.
• Breakfast on January 13th will not be provided so eat something before arriving to HHCSR on the 13th.
• The evening activity will be watching the Cedar Rapids Rough Riders take on the Waterloo Blackhawks in a hockey game.
• All Arrowmen in the Lodge are welcome to attend this meeting (it is not just for members of the LEC).
• Dorm style arrangements. You must provide bedding (sleeping bag) and towels.
