WT Spring Camporee

Woodland Trails Spring Camporee

Friday - May 1st

  • Check in 6pm to 8pm - Contact Lisa Davis if you will be later 

Saturday 

  • Check in 7:00 am - 8;00 am - Contact Lisa Davis if you will be later.
  • 8:00 am - 12:00 pm - Morning Sessions
    • First aid/ CPR certification
  • or
    • 8;00 am - 9:00 am - knot tying
    • 9:00 am - 11:00 am - Crime provention/ fingerprinting merit badge
    • 11:00 am -12:00 pm -  racetrack museum tour
  • 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm - Lunch (Eat with unit)
  • 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Afternoon session
    • 1;00 pm -2:00 pm - First Aid activity
    • 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm - Fire dept & amulance vehicles and Q&A 
    • 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Sherif and Police Dept 
  • 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Dinner ( There will be vendors at the race track)
  • 5:00 pm - ?? - Scout night at the raceway

Sunday 

  • 7:00 am - 8:00 am-  breakfast
  • 8:00 am -10:00 am - service project at the race track
  • 10:00 am-11:00 am - clean up camp
  • 11:00 AM - checkout

Cost is $5.00 per person for camping. 

 

Knoxville Raceway-Camping at Marion County Fairgrounds;

Tent camping only, No Ground Fires, water available, Sites will be assigined on arrival. Registration must be done with your Troop/ Crew.

 

Come spend the weekend at the Raceway. 

Earn CPR/First Aid Certification Saturday Morning (Must be 14 or older).  Limited to first 20 Scouts that sign up. (sign up within registration) Cost is $25 for the certification.
