Saturday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm @ McFarland Park

Sunday: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm @ West Peterson Park

Join us this year for our "Down on the Farm" themed FREE Cub Scout Day Camp.  This program is for all Cub Scouts in the Mid-Iowa Council and allows Cub Scouts to  spend time working together on their advancement, enjoying outdoor activities, and having lots of FUN!  

During the day they meet new Scouts and build new friendships as they are divided into dens by rank for the days’ activities. These dens will stay together for the program session and rotate to all stations together. All program stations incorporate age-progressive programming and will work on specific requirements for each rank level.   Each Scout will be given a rank-specific passport to bring home showing what they accomplished to help them earn belt loop adventures. 

Saturday Activities: Shooting sports, outdoor cooking, games, skits, and farm-themed adventures.

Sunday Activities: Swimming, fishing, and canoeing

Don't forget to bring spending money to purchase items from the Mid-Iowa Council Scout Shop!

Scouts will be given a cool 2023 Day Camp Patch!
