Prairie Winds District Pinewood Derby

 Let's get ready to RACE!! The Prairie Winds District is excited to announce the 2024 District Pinewood Derby! Pack 275 will be hosting the event this year at City Church of Ames.

This year's District race is open all Prairie Winds District Cub Scouts! It is time to compete at the next level of racing! Bring your cars to the District Championships.

PLEASE read the attached rules for the race. Volunteers are also welcome (Scouts BSA, Leaders, or adults). To volunteer please contact Adam Faeth.

When: 

Car check-in: Saturday, March 2, 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm. (MUST check-in at these times. No cars will be allowed to check-in after 1 pm)

Races: Saturday, March 2, 1 pm to 3 pm

Where: City Church of Ames, 2400 Oakwood Rd, Ames, IA  50014

Included: Participation Patch, Racing, Fun, and Medals for winners at each rank.
