Mitigwa Cub Fun Day
What is it?
The Mitigwa Fun Day is an opportunity for families to start the Cub Scout year off with a fun outdoor event. This event will feature activities designed for the entire family, including: BB guns, archery, sling shots, pedal cars, water rockets, hiking, games, fishing.
When?
Saturday, October 5, 2024
There is no set schedule, all stations will be open from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm.

Food?
The trading post will have food, drinks and other items for sale. Cash or Credit Card may be used as payment.
What to Bring?
Comfortable shoes for walking.
Weather?
Dress for the weather - this is a "rain or shine" event.
Mid-Iowa Council Scout Shop
Will be on-site with everything for Cub Scout uniforms as well as other fun stuff
Saturday Night Camping
Pack Family Camping will be available on Saturday night only. Units will be able to begin setting up tents after clean up of the event is complete. All units must have a Baloo Trained leader for their outdoor activities. To reserve a spot contact Kim Hammen at the Scout Office 515-266-2135.
