- After you verify your youth participants and pay the $150 minimum payment, those participants are considered fully registered.

- Speed up your merit badge registration by making your initial payment and having your participant information updated early.
Merit Badges
- Merit Badge class registration opens March 15, 2023, at 10:00 AM.

- You may add to your participants at any time.
- On April 1, 2023, you will be charged for, and locked into, all estimated adult and youth participant spots on your registration.
- Adult and youth participation fees are due in full on April 1, 2023.
- Any reduction in participant numbers after the numbers have been verified, or after April 1, 2023, will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation fees will apply.
- You may at anytime transfer a spot to a different person without penalty.
Registration Information Locked
- On the Friday before your arrival at camp, the information in your registration is locked.
- Locking in that information allows the staff to print off rosters and prepare for your arrival.
- So that they can streamline the check-in process, we ask that you make sure to enter any allergies, health concerns, and all other personal information into your registration in advance of that date.
All-Star Troops:
The All-Star Troop is a chance for Scouts to get to go camping that might not be able to attend with their unit. Parents and Troop leaders may register their individual Scouts for the All-Star Troop for Week 6 of summer camp using the "Scouts BSA Youth (All-star Troop)" option. Payment schedules apply regardless of camping as a traditional unit or with the All-Star Troop.
Girl Troops:
If you are registering a Girl Troop and Boy Troop, you may place both registrations under the same account, but must register each unit separately. Even if you intend to stay in the same campsite. It will help prevent overcrowding in campsites and National BSA mandates that they are separated.
