The Discounted Registration requires a $100 deposit at the time of registration. An additional payment of $550 MUST be paid by December 15th.  If this balance is not paid the registration will be converted to a standard registration and the additional $100 cost will be applied to each registration. All deposits made and the $650 early discounted registration is NOT refundable.  They can be transfered.
