All registered volunteers are invited to join us for our All-Volunteer Meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 7:00 PM EDT (6:00 PM CDT) in the Miller Conference Room of the Morris-1st Source Scout Center (MAP: 1340 South Bend Avenue, South Bend, IN 46617) and online. We will be hosting an open, informative session regarding activities and business in the LaSalle Council. Our focus this quarter will be membership as we introduce upcoming changes in the registration program including changes to the National registration fees and preparation for the upcoming unit and member renewal process. We will also be talking about our spring product sale, Arrow of Light to Scout transition, and other program matters. There is so much going on in the LaSalle Council, and we do not want you to miss out!

We ask all volunteers planning to attend this meeting to register. For those attending in-person, it ensures we have enough seats around the table. For those attending online, it allows us to send you the Microsoft Teams meeting link in preparation of the meeting. Registration will close at 1:00 PM EDT (12:00 PM CDT) the day of the meeting, with the Teams link sent to registrants by 4:00 PM EDT (3:00 PM CDT).

Please plan on joining us for this open conversation including vital information that you can take back to your units and districts so that all our volunteers are well-informed!

If you have any specific topics that you would like us to address, please email Kevin Davis, Vice President of District Operations, at kdavis1110@gmail.com by no later than Saturday, October 17, 2026. Thank you!
