You can’t go to a business function in the Greater Lafayette area and not see Joe Howarth. Community relations professionals aspire to be Joe! Joe’s commitment to serving the community has been endless during his career serving on a variety of non-profit boards, civic organizations, and more. Joe has simply made the Greater Lafayette area a better place to live and work. The ideals outlined in the Scout Oath and Law: to help other people at all times and to be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent personify Joe. For this reason, and many others, we are honoring Joe Howarth with the Good Scout Award!
