A few things to note for the event:

Fire rings will be placed in approved areas, do not move fire rings.

We want each unit (not each family) to check in for the event as much as possible to streamline that process. A coordinated arrival time by Pack would assist with this.

Be prepared for wet and colder weather.

Camping is optional on Saturday night, you will be asked at check in if you intend to leave or stay.

You will select your time slot for the Haunted Trails (scary and non scary) at check in for your unit. These will be in groups of 8 Cub Scouts or less ideally and will launch about 6-8 minutes after the previous group. Check in for the Haunted Trail (scary) will be at the pool pavilion, check in for the non-scary trail will be at the check in hut by the parking lot!

Restroom are located just north of the parking lot and in the dining hall and by the pool.

The trading post will be open from 1 PM-8 PM on Saturday, and 8-10 AM on Sunday.

Costumes are encouraged for Saturday but are not required. Make sure they are appropriate for a Scouting function (as similar to what would be allowed in a school).

Please bring flashlights for night vision needs. Flashlights are not allowed on the Haunted Trails. Trails will be lit with glow sticks.

Remember to reinforce to your Cub Scouts that people on the scary trail (and haunted house) are just Scouts and their adult parents.

If you have any food allergies you need to note them in signup!

We will have a Camp Health Officer on site and likely mobile. If you run into any medical issues the best place to go is the dining hall and we will find the health officer for you.

Campsite areas will be distributed upon check in.

Scout Uniforms are not necessary for this event.

We will communicate any changes as we get closer to the event.
