Intro to Scouts BSA Campout (Webelo/AOL & Troop Members Only)

Scouts BSA: September 25th at 6PM to September 27th at 11AM
Arrow of Light: September 26 at 1PM to September 27th at 11AM
Webelos: September 26 at 1PM to September 26 at 10PM

Location: Franklin L. Cary Camp

Price: $15 per Webelo or AOL

Price: $5 per Scouts BSA Youth

Price: Adults Free

Webelo and AOL Parents: You must be at this event with your Cub Scout.  If you are unavailable to be at the event, please work with your pack leadership and parents to find a parent already attending the event so your kid can buddy up.  Only 1 buddy Scout per attending family.  EX 1 Den leader or parent cannot have their own Scout and be buddied with more than 2 kids who are not their own.  Please contact darwin.nunn@scouting to discuss this and create a plan if that does not work.

Excited about the transition from Cub Scouts to Scouts BSA but lost on the nuts and bolts? If you are a Webelo or Arrow of Light Cub Scout you are formally invited to our Intro to Scouts BSA Campout! Here, your Cub Scout will meet the local Scouts BSA Troops helping lead program stations that give you a taste of what life is like as a Scouts BSA member!

At this event, it also give you and your Scout the time to “Meet the Troops” in the local area to begin deciding where your family would like to cross over to! Webelos: You are invited to the entire day of programming for this event but after the final campfire, you will go home and not camp. Arrow of Light Scouts will camp with the Scouts BSA Troops

Troops!! This is your time to sell yourself to new Cub Scouts!! Here, you will show these Cub Scouts that YOUR UNIT is the best unit for crossing over to. Please reach out to darwin.nunn@scouting for more information on how your Scouts BSA Unit can participate in this event.
