Welcome to Scouting is a day of Cub Scout FUN! When you signed up for Cub Scouts you were told about all the fun things Cub Scouts do. It takes years to get through that whole list, but we get off to a fast start at this event.

All Cub Scouts have the opportunity, but are not required, to participate in:

· Range & Target Activities, like archery and BB guns. (The focus is on safety and fun.)

· Camp Tour & Nature Hike. Learn your way around camp and experience camp’s wonders.

· STEM Activity

· Lunch. Cub Scout meals are delicious, nutritious, and fun. It’s an experience.

· Games. Human Foosball, GaGa, games we make up. It’s all fun.

· Trading Post. Cary Camp has a store with all your Scouting supplies.

· And more!

Welcome to Scouting is designed to give newer Scouts a chance to try a lot of what Cub Scouts has to offer. More experienced Cub Scouts are welcome to participate too, but realize the activities are geared to new Cub Scouts, so don’t expect new experiences, but enjoy another turn with what we are offering.
