Early registration is highly encouraged for al participants since many classes fil up quickly and class sizes are limited, especialy for merit badges. Adult leaders and Cub Scouts that are taking classes must register as wel. Early Bird Event Registration wil be available from 11/17/2025 through 1/21/26 for $35. A late fee of $15 wil be applied from 1/22/26 to 2/21/26 when registration closes. Lunch is included for Scout Leaders, Scouts and Cub Scouts as a part of their event registration. There is an opportunity for additional adults/leaders to purchase a lunch ticket for $15.

This event will have merit badges, Cub Scout Adventures, and Adult Leader Training. We are currently working on additional classes but we can't offer classes that we don't have instructors for.

Currently we have 17 merit badges, Bear Adventures, and Angling Educator, Cubmaster Training, Dutch Oven Cooking, and QPR Suicide Prevention Trainings for the adult leaders.
