220 Leadership Post Kick-off Meeting
Matthew and Joseph Moheban, Founders of 220, will help Explorers interested in social entrepreneurship create a business around their passion(s) and develop critical intangible skills through the process. This opportunity is for youth from ages 14-20. This all-virtual program will take place every other week for 60 minutes on the following themes:
Session 1: Discover your passions (Self-Efficacy)
Session 2: Design your ultimate life (Unrealistic Vision)
Session 3: Brainstorm business ideas (Design Thinking)
Session 4: Business Model Canvas (Writing a Business Plan)
Session 5: Develop your Ideal Client Template (Marketing)
Session 6: Pitch deck creation (Formatting and content creation skills)
Session 7: 12-week sprints (Goal setting and reverse engineering)
Session 8: Critical Activities (Leaving your comfort zone)
Session 9: TBD: Pitch Competition and Banquet in Chicago or Indianapolis
Technology Requirements: Students must have access to a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with internet access
Location: Meetings will be held in a private Zoom (video call software) room
Meeting Times: Meetings will be held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm ET. Start date October 2nd.
