SCOUTS' QUEST FOR CAMELOT

WESTERN DIVISION SPRING CAMPOREE

April 11-13, 2025

Legendary King Arthur has requested your Troop to join him in his search for Camelot. Only the bravest may join him at the Round Table. You will embark on a quest, encountering many, very silly obstacles.  If you succeed, you will get to celebrate at Camelot with a grand feast and song.

Camporee Details

Registration: February 26th - April 6th: 

Scouts: $20

Adults: $10**

AOL Scouts: $20*

*AOL scouts need their own 2-deep leadership and register as their own unit on the registration. Contact Camp Director to request campsite near Troop.

**All adults pay to attend unless pre-approved by Camp Director.

Registration Deadline: Sunday, April 6th at 11:59pm. Contact Jennifer Western to request a campsite or to notify staff of medical accommodations. All will be taken into consideration when assigning campsites.

Camporee Merchandise & Apparel

Each attendee will be provided with an event patch, included in the price of registration.

Event apparel is available for pre-order through the registration link, and only leftovers be available for purchase at the Trading Post. Short-sleeve, cotton/poly blend t-shirts are available at a cost of $20. This apparel will be at an additional cost and ARE NOT included in the price of registration. Pre-order for these items will conclude on March 25, 2025.

Saturday, April 12, 2025

Allowed to attend: Registered Scouts and leaders/parent/legal guardian(s).

Everyone will need to walk from the parking lot as the gate has to be closed since scouts are running around for our camporee. There will be a volunteer outside the dining hall with a sign-in/out sheet for anyone who attends and everyone will receive a wristband. You will need to supply the BSA Medical Form, parts A&B (these will be returned at checkout). There will be a strict 7:00-7:30pm check-in as our campfire program will begin at 7:40pm. The Callout will commence after our evening campfire program.  I will need to verify everyone has left by 10:00pm. Please reach out to Jennifer Western with any questions.
