Training Academy Weekend

Every Scout deserves a trained leader and that is why we are hosting the CAC Training Academy Weekend. November 14 and 15 is the weekend to complete online training.  We will also host select live virtual trainings for topics like Scoutbook and in-person Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) and Intro to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS).  While nearly all training is available online today, this is the weekend we all commit to complete all our training.

There's so much more training you can do.  Do you have a secondary position in another unit? Complete that training. Are you a Merit Badge Counselor? Complete that training.  When was the last time you took a program safety course like Drive Safely?  Complete or retake those courses.  Is your Youth Protection Training expiring soon?  Have you taken the option Youth Protection Training courses?  The list of online training goes on and includes:
