Join us at the Indiana Department of Health for the Public Health Merit Badge in Five Creeks!

Merit Badge Councilor, Pam Pontones, will be hosting the event. Blue cards will be available at the event. 

Bring your workbook or small notebook, pen/pencil, and $10 for lunch.

Arrive at ISDH about 8:45 a.m. to allow time for sign-in. 

Ensure that your ride arrives no later than 4:00.

PRE-REQUISITES:  Please complete prerequisites #1, #3, and #8 before the workshop.
