When leaders understand their responsibilities, Packs operate more effectively—and Cub Scouts enjoy a stronger, more meaningful Scouting experience.

This interactive training is designed for Cub Scout leadership, including Cubmasters, assistant Cubmasters, den leaders, assistant den leaders, and committee members. You will learn what is expected in your position, gain practical guidance you can use immediately, and connect with other leaders who are working toward the same goal: providing the best possible program for our Scouts.
