OneAmerica welcomes high school students to participate in our new Exploring Post. Our meetings will initially focus on the following areas of exploration: legal, finance, sales and IT. As we continue to learn about what the students would like to explore we may add additional areas of exploration. Each meeting will offer the opportunity to hear from an individual within an area of the business. The individual will share their career journey and provide insights on skills that allow for them to be successful in their roles.
