HIGHLIGHTS

CHECK-IN
Friday Evening 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM  

At check-in all units must:

• Provide/verify roster of registered adults and Scouts in attendance.  (The fillable roster form is in the camporee Leader Guide.)

• Provide copies of Annual Medical Forms Part A & B for every adult and Scout in attendance. Please place them in a 3-ring binder with the unit number on the spine.  (Bring a second copy of health forms if needed for your reference in the unit campsite.)

• Provide contact information for the primary adult leader in camp for the duration of the camporee.

We will be hosting the Crossroads of America Council Monon District Fall Camporee October 18th to October 20th at Ransburg Scout Reservation, located an hour south of Indianapolis in Bloomington, Indiana on Lake Monroe.

Trained professionals will lead and demonstrate skills, helping our Troops and Crew present the Search and Rescue merit badge to the youth in a fun and engaging way. Count on an exciting weekend featuring rescue helicopters, search canines, search drones, the National Guard and other professional organizations!

Participants will have the opportunity to complete the merit badge over the weekend!

Adding to the fun, you can look forward to a National Jamboree style camp bash Saturday night with a DJ, awards, and more.
